Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates We offer the following shipping options for domestic orders:

• Flat Rate — $5.50 for most jewelry orders (1 lb and under)
• Carrier-calculated USPS rates for heavier items (over 1 lb)

Estimated Delivery Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days via USPS, depending on your location.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Domestic Shipping Only At this time, TwoTone12 Jewels ships within the United States only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future!

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at foster.12kid@gmail.com and we will do our best to make it right.
