This Cruella de Vil fabric, rag tie and beaded garland is made with coordinating licensed fabrics and red and black beads on natural jute cord. The fabric portion is 4 feet long with a loop on each end for easy hanging for total length of 5.5 feet. Each fabric tie hangs down approximately 8 inches from where it is tied on to the jute cord. Due to the 100% cotton fabric being cut and not sewn, some fraying is normal for this item.
